Our Guarantee

Rob Paul Studios aim to provide you with an excellent customer service and the highest quality portraits. These terms and conditions are here to protect both parties should an issue arise.

Booking your appointment

All session fees are due in full upon booking your appointment and are non refundable once paid. A refundable deposit is also required upon booking any appointment (£30 for anything involving makeup, £25 for everything else). This is to cover attendance for both your photographic and viewing sessions. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change appointments, failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and a second deposit will be required to re-book. Cancelled & missed appointments will result in the loss of any session/package fees and/or deposits. If you choose not to attend your viewing you will forfeit your deposit, any session fees and any images included within your package. Refundable deposits expire three months after viewing has taken place. Your deposit can be used against orders.

Each booking entitles the client to up to a single one-hour session in the studio and a single one-hour in our viewing suite a few days later. Studio time includes getting ready prior to your session and exiting the Studio. In some cases, sessions may finish earlier. Any re-shoots or additional viewings will be subject to a £20 fee that will be refunded against any order placed from the booking in question. If the session/viewing is cancelled or you do not attend without prior notice, Rob Paul Studios reserve the right to retain this fee. In order to re-book either a session or a viewing will require a new deposit. Rob Paul Studios reserves the right to place a £100 minimum spend deposit on booking requests outside of normal opening hours. The named client must attend the viewing. In the case of sessions and viewings involving more than one set of parents or guardians, both sets of parents or guardians must attend the viewing. Deal terms and conditions are strictly adhered to. With model makeovers, once your session is booked there will be a £15 admin charge if you wish to move your appointment at any time. If a postponement or cancellation occurs within the notice period the deposit will be lost and a £15 admin fee will be levied; in addition, there will be a charge of £15 for our losses. A new refundable deposit will also be required.


Complimentary prints and products have no value and therefore cannot be transferred or substituted for any other goods or services. All of our packages are carefully put together and include a viewing; if you chose not to attend your viewing you will forfeit your deposit, any session fees and any images included within your package. Signature pictures are not available as complimentary images or digitally.


All images taken by Rob Paul Studios are copyright to Rob Paul Studios, under no circumstances may you duplicate images purchased from Rob Paul Studios unless you own a ‘Licence Agreement’ provided by the owner of the studio. Rob Paul Studios may release the copyright on images in certain special circumstances to be discussed directly with the owner.

USB / Digital Images

Once a USB has been purchased it cannot be refunded under any circumstances as this media can be copied. If you find a fault with the product we will exchange it within 5 days of purchase. The USB will be available for the images you see in your viewing only, however any signature pictures will not be available.


All of our products are outsourced from companies that specialise in professional digital photography. Due to the individual nature of your images, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be aware that the colours in your pictures you see on the screen at your viewing may be slightly different to your finished product. Please have an idea of what it is you’re looking for and sizes you require before making your final purchase. Once your order has been placed and paid for in full please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive. On very rare occasions it has been known for some orders to take a little longer than the full 28 working days, but if this is the case you will be kept informed. You must return your receipt in order to collect your order, failure to do this will result in a £10.00 admin fee to be paid by you & photo ID may be required. Orders that remain uncollected after one year will be disposed of.

Gift vouchers

We offer a gift voucher option. All vouchers have no cash value once purchased and therefore will not be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers are valid until the date stated on the voucher. Under no circumstances will gift vouchers be refunded.

Offers & Promotions

Offers & promotions cannot be mixed and matched or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package. All offers are available for the first image taken and any money towards or money off products excludes packages and standard prints. All adults attending the photoshoot must attend the same day viewing for the voucher to be valid. Any Groupon or Tickles vouchers with a single pose included will be the first shot taken on the day of your session.


Due to the nature of our work and copyright of our images, clients are asked to not use mobile phones, camera or video equipment in any part of the building.

Health & Safety

We only allow drinks in our Reception area, Viewing Room and Wardrobe to limit any chances of causing damage to any equipment. We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to be in the building without a responsible parent or guardian, including during photography sessions. Any animals brought into the building for a photography session remain the responsibility of the owner. We ask that any animal coming into the building should have had the opportunity to go to the toilet beforehand and be kept on a lead, or suitable alternative until actively engaged in the session.

Keeping in touch

Inline with the GDPR any information given to us will only be used to contact you about your session with us, unless you have given us permission to contact you on other occasions. Your data will not be given to, or sold to, third parties. If for any reason you do not wish for us to contact you any further please email these wishes to
